  12.           1. Uninstall previous version of Express Thumbnail Creator.
  13.           2. Download the Express Thumbnail Creator installation package
  14.              (the ETC_SETUP single file).
  15.           3. On Windows NT systems, login with Administrator privileges.
  16.           4. EXIT ALL RUNNING PROGRAMS.
  17.           5. Run ETC_SETUP.EXE and follow the instructions.
  18.           6. Now it is safe to delete the installation package. You may want
  19.              to preserve the installation package in case you need to
  20.              re-install Express Thumbnail Creator later.

  24. Uninstallation

  26.           1. Doubleclick the Add/Remove Programs icon in the
  27.              Windows Control Panel.
  28.           2. Select Express Thumbnail Creator 1.5 in the list of
  29.              installed programs and click the Add/Remove button. Follow
